Prep & Cooking Instructions
Directions: ADD slowly 1 package of Alfredo Sauce Mix to 2 quarts of hot water (190F), stirring well with wire whisk. COVER and let stand for 5 minutes. REMOVE cover and stir well with a wire whisk until smooth. POUR sauce into serving container and maintain internal sauce temperature at 165F during service. YIELD: 80 fl. oz. FOR SMALLER QUANTITY PREPARATION: SUBSTITUTE these quantities and follow the same instructions. Water (190F) 1 quart, Sauce Mix 1 3/4 cups, YIELD: 40 fl. oz. BOILING WATER PREPARATION: Boiling Water 2 quarts, Alfredo Sauce Mix 16 ounces, Directions: BRING 2 quarts of water in a heavy saucepan to a FULL ROLLING BOIL. TURN OFF HEAT. ADD slowly 1 package of Sauce Mix, stirring well with a wire whisk. TURN on heat. STIR with a wire whisk over medium heat until thickened and smooth. REMOVE from heat. POUR sauce into serving container and maintain internal sauce temperature at 165F during service. YIELD: 80 fl. oz.
